Facility, Living and Eating arrangements: Urban campus with home that will accomodate up to 10 girls who live with a married couple in a family like setting.
Overview of program/Therapeutic model: Program is designed to promote positive behavior from clients by providing them a nurturing, positive, effective, and consistent environment.  Residents live in on-campus homes which are supervised by a married Family-Counselor couple.  Program focuses on five components: Mentoring, protecting, nurturing, teaching and serving.

Admission procedure: 1. Phone call interview. 2. Completed application packet. 3. In-office interview with parents and child. 4. Testing if indicated.

Requirements of child: Willing to be placed and active participation in program goals.
Requirements of parents/guardians: Cooperation wiht program and staff, periodic visits with child, provide required placement documents, pay monthly fee (sliding scale) and attend parenting workshops an dfamily counseling if indicated.

Mandatory admission requirements: Birth certificate, immunizatin records, medical history, evaluation/ test results, school records, records of past treatments, court documents pertaining to custody/ guardianship, CoC application form, an dinterview. Religious expectations: Residents attend weekly worship services at local United Methodist Church, on-campus chapel services, and in-home Bible studies.
Supplemental information desired: Financial information for adjusted fees. Degree of Indian Blood Certificate. Independent Living also available.a
Visitation policies: Regular visitation arranged according to each resident's progress. Aftercare plans developed at discharge.

Additional services provided by United Methodist Children's Home:

A.       Counseling: Weekly group therapy for all residents; individual therapy as needed.

B.      Education:  Residents attend on-campus, Alternative Education School or local public schools

C.      Vocational:  Available in community.

D.      Medical:  Community based.

E.       Recreational:  Swimming, volleyball, sports, horsemanship, fishing, on-campus gymnasium.

F.       Foster Care:  Through Oklahoma United Methodist Circle of Care Community Services.

G.     Treatment Plan:  Initial treatment plan developed within 30 days of admission and reviewed every 90 days by youth, parents, and staff.
